Louise Bordeaux Silverstein is Professor Emerita of Psychology at Yeshiva University, Bronx, N.Y.
She is no longer seeing private clients, but continues to work on increasing the visibility of Bowen Family systems theory in the broad field of
family therapy. To that end, in 2020 she published the article, "Expanding Evidence-Based Practice to include qualitative research: A study of therapy informed by
Bowen Family Systems Theory" in Family Systems, the official journal of Bowen Theory.
